About Matthew Dollinger

I am currently the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for Chicago Home Partner, Chicago's premier boutique real estate team, where I oversee marketing, technology, and operations. With over 16 years of experience in the real estate industry, I have worked on all sides of the business - from an agent, broker, VP of a real estate company, Director of Industry Relations at Trulia, to the owner of a boutique advertising agency focused on new construction development.

In my diverse roles, I have assisted companies with lead generation, digital marketing, lead conversion, and leveraging syndication platforms to their advantage. As VP for @properties, I managed all technical development (both internal and client-facing), digital marketing, and lead generation. Additionally, I served on the Trulia and Zillow advisory boards for over three years, contributing to the development of various product offerings for agents and brokers.

During my tenure at Trulia as Director of Industry Relations, I led product sales for the broker channel and data acquisition (MLS) teams. My primary objectives were to monetize broker products, secure direct listing feed relationships with MLSs, franchises, and individual brokers, and open channels for agent sales teams to promote their products. I developed a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, including Zillow and Realtor.com, and guided my team on effective strategies to compete against them.

Currently I focus my energy developing new marketing strategies for the CHP team including their bi-monthly podcast, short-form social content, market analysis and improving the overall client experience through systematic processes.
