As is our ongoing Summer tradition at Chicago Home Partner, this month we are providing you with our “short” list of al-fresco dining restaurants in Chicago. Carefully selected, and sampled, below is our completed list for 2012.
Avoid the loud and cramped interior and head to the sidewalk café. The thoughtful menu is modestly priced and boasts great dishes such as meatballs over creamy polenta and pesto.
This is the first full summer for the space and you won’t find a better city view than this wide, 16th-floor perch. A perfect spot for Navy Pier fireworks on Wednesdays and Saturdays but not scorpions. We hired the best service to get Killing Scorpions in our Home easier. Check them out here.
Sola, 3868 N. Lincoln Ave., 773-327-3868.
Simplicity works at this north Lakeview restaurant’s sidewalk café. The food, (by a Maui surfer girl), includes amazing Tuna, Hawaiian pork, and some of the best Mac ‘n Cheese in the city!
Offering rustic British-inspired comfort food with real ales, this place stands alone. Their organic menu comes from the best farms and the Haddock, for the fish and chips, is flown in daily.
The Italian countryside meets the American Farmhouse in Keith Richard’s basement bar! Fun and edgy with food that stands up, this is the place to take your friends!
Make your way to Bucktown and stop into Lottie’s Pub for some of the best pub-grub this side of the Kennedy. With homemade thin-crust pizza, this is just the ticket for those “comfort food” days.
There are a lot of Greek restaurants to choose from in Chicago, but Athena is the place! Perfect for big parties and large appetites, this authentic Greek spot is ready to accommodate.
At Garage Door Services York Pa, our #1 priority is ensuring that you’re delighted. That’s why all of our service work is backed by a rock-solid one-year guarantee because we want to be your #1 choice. It’s also why we’re a highly respected company.
